Stockton Area Lost Settlements
Stockton Area Lost Settlements by Township
Lost Settlements are geographical areas or communities from our past that never incorporated or survived the changing times. Many times, this happened when the railroads or highway system bypassed the community. They normally had a post office and at least a church or a school. Having those three things meant the area was more than just a neighborhood. Past programs and research papers are available in the museum.
