You may submit veteran information for the Stockton Veterans Memorial Directory by filling out the online form below and hitting the submit button.

You may also download and print a paper copy of the Veteran Information Form, fill it out and mail it to the museum.

If you have additional source materials to share (photos, obituary, news articles, etc.), either hard copy or in digital format, you can:

• Send via mail
• Send via Email (digital info)
• Make arrangements drop off materials at the museum. For this option, send an email to:  VeteransHistory@stocktonheritagemuseum.org and we will make arrangements to meet you at the Museum.
